We source, acquire, and manage multifamily assets in the B and C class space. Our goal is to purchase assets with unrealized potential and significant upside. We provide our equity partners with an opportunity to participate in commercial real estate investment, that offers group ownership benefits. Limited liability, professional property management, tax benefits, and the ability to scale, are just some of the benefits of syndicated group purchases that may not otherwise be available to individual investors.

What We Do

Source & Aquire


Research and comprehensive analysis on a large number of assets, with acquisition of only those with significant upside.

Rehab & Increase NOI


Implement a comprehensive business plan including rehab for deferred maintenance, property rebranding, new amenities, upgraded premium units, all resulting in increased rental income along  with strong management of expenses.



Provide our investors with robust cash on cash annual returns and significant appreciation in value during a hold period of five to seven years.
